Windows 10: Old Setup.exe Won't Install

Discus and support Old Setup.exe Won't Install in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I need help with an issue that I just can't really find an answer for.     Old Setup.exe Won't Install


    I need help with an issue that I just can't really find an answer for. I bought an old CD rom from a used shop. Xcom Enforcer, made in 2001 It works because it has a startup screen and plays music. Unfortunately the install button on that doesn't work. So I went to the files in the D drive and tried the setup.exe. That pops up with the usual "Do you want this program to make changes to your computer?" prompt, and I click yes, the cursor has the spinning icon for a few seconds, then nothing happens. I've tried multiple times. I've tried multiple compatibility settings including windows 95/98/

    Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
