Windows 10: Old usb arc mouse not working on either of 2 windows 11 machines - dongle is visible to the OS

Hi,We have an old arc mouse Surface Pro era, which had not been used since we updated to Windows 11.Here is system info:Mouse blue light is on with fresh batteries, but no cursor movement is visible on screen.Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have been using an arc touch usb dongle mouse and arc USB dongle keyboard on my windows 10 PC for years, with no issues. the mouse was wearing out so i bought a new arc touch usb mouse. After i removed the old mouse usb dongle, and restarted the pc, i
inserted te new usb dongle into the same usb port, but the mouse gets recognized as an arc keyboard. this happens with the other arc keyboard connected or disconnected. the original mouse dongle works fine, even if they are both plugged in. i tried multiple
usb ports. i also reinstalled the newest mouse and keyboard center.

Any ideas?

To address your concern, you can perform these steps:

• Download the drivers on this
  link.
• Attach the USB dongle of your mouse on the computer and wait for the drivers to be detected and installed.
• Run the installer for the driver downloaded.
• Open the Cortana and type Mouse and Keyboard Centre.
• Turn off the Vibration.
• Unplug re-plug your Arc Touch.
