Windows 10: Older emails not showing in Email history

    Older emails not showing in Email history


    My email history wasn't being displayed beyond a few months, and as of today it wasn't showing any more than a day old...

    I changed my setting to show "Anytime" email history (I have multiple accts), but it seems to have a capacity limit (?) thus the newest messages are not being shown? How can I Display ALL saved messages? Would individual Files help? I keep them as a client "diary" so to speak, and don't want to erase but also printing is cumbersome...they are saved on my general server but that too is cumbersome to research.

    I should be in charge, not Microsift?? (ha, type-o wasn't intentional!)

    It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

    Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

    How to delete an incorrect email address showing in profile history

    The YouTube video does not work on a Windows phone. I tried to follow the steps but the email address still shows in the auto-complete(suggest) list when I start typing the to address. The only way I was able to get rid of the address was to "hard" reset
    the phone. Which was painfull in getting it set back up the way I wanted to.

    It's hard to understand what you mean. But it's not by design surely when I type the letter a for a new email and having the list popping but if I delete the a and write s there's nothing then I delete the s and when typing the letter a again no list. That's
    called inconsistent
