Anyone have a suggestion on how to increase the volume on my external speakers? I've tried all of the Microsoft self help procedures as well as all of the similar troubleshooting articles I could find on line. They used to work well - I believe one of the automatic Window 10 updates did me in. I'm running Windows Professional 64 bit if it makes a difference. Thanks.

    :)

    Issue with External Speakers/sound

I updated Windows 10 today and lost the External speakers and sound on my desktop computer. I have plugged in and unplugged in my external speakers and the computer does not recognize them. Everything was working prior to the Windows 10 update. Any
    suggests on how to fix?

Bluetooth volume drops when connected to external speakers

Have updated my Lumia 930 to Windows 10 and now when I connect to external speakers via Bluetooth after a couple of minutes the volume drops to 13 and no sound comes out of the speakers. I have to increase the volume back to 30 then start the music app
(in this instance Spotify). Was working fine before update. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

To better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • What's the make and model of your desktop?
    • Is your desktop placed on an enclosed space?
    • What steps have you done so far?
It's possible that your desktop is placed on an enclosed space which may be covering the speakers of your desktop.

We look forward to you response.

    Thank you.
