    older laptop with windows 7 and going to 10 or scratch it and read below


    upgrade to windows 10 or buy a new unit with it burned in. Mainly for getting to google drive and changing power point and general surfing. Has windows 7 edition, 64 bit path, 4 Ram, 512 GBhd, 15.5 inch screen. HEavy as hell. Should I upgrade to Windows 10, or can I? I have another family pack I can get office products. What's best for the money. Windows 10 looks like biggest cost or do they do it for you if you have windows 7 and no more support? If I buy a new one I would buy a less expensive 2 in samsung or hp. Or, I just would bite the bullet and get a macbook. Thoughts?

    buy windows 7, upgrade to 10. keep both *Big Grin older laptop with windows 7 and going to 10 or scratch it and read below :D
    For a gaming PC, windows 10 will be a requirement soon enough thanks to DX12. Two OS's for the price of one is a bargain however, especially if you run into issues with older games or something.

    windows 10 is working great for me, except on an older laptop which is having wifi issues (which could be fixed with a new wifi card, but i'm lazy)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
