Windows 10: Older Olympus Sonority Program/app, attempted app .msi installation windows come up in Japanese

Windows 10 current: Have a pocket audio recorder which uses a Olympus Sonority software program to list and manage audio download files from the recorder.The program worked ok but for some reason failed, I have the windows Olympus Sonority.msi installation software, but when I attempt to install it, the installation windows come up in Japanese language, need some help hereSoftware is working fine on my laptop, but for some reason the installation defaults to JapaneseDefault language is United States English, made the second default Canadian English, but neither have any effect on the software

I think I needed to install a separate MSI app for that?
And for some reason that app wasn't supported on my system when I tried to install it so I can't control the light, not that it bothers me much*Stick Out Tongue
AFAIK the gaming app is only for OCing?

Edit: I see led control was included in an older version, my version didn't had that iirc.

Hi,
the latest MSI's Gaming X/Z cards have RGB lighting that can be controlled with the so-called Gaming App software.
Can't you do it with Afterburner?
And if you must install the App (to disable those light effects *Mad ), does it store settings in the GPU or will it have to run at every startup?

i am having a very hard time on finding a book on C# .net windows apps programming.
Can anyway help with this? I means how to create desktop windows applications using C# with .net framework.
I know video tutorials, i want to learn through a book.
