Windows 10: Older PC seems broken after February 2023 Update?

Hello,This question is all about my first build pc, I bought and installed everything back in 2015 and was still running strong until Sunday last week. The pc's main drive NvMe m.2 SSD has Windows 10 Pro 22H2 installed on it and was perfectly fine when it worked. There is also a second bootpartition which is for Linux, Ubuntu 22.04 updated.By being correctly, last week's Sunday before it happened I had played a game and then ended the day with testing other Windows versions in VMware Workstation. After a couple hours, I turned it off like I always did and nothing went wrong.On the next day

Problems since February 2023 update

Since the February 2023 update all of my operating systems won't work. I click on them, the operating cycle spins then the screen flashes as if they are about to open and the screen goes blank.

I cannot get any work done.

I can access Google and that is all!!

Any help please???
