Windows 10: Older tablet with Windows 7 stuck on Windows Resume Loader screen

I have an old model tablet with Windows 7 installed. Boots to Windows Resume Loader page and unable to proceed as input is required arrow keys, enter, however, at this point touch screen is not available and cannot use bluetooth keyboard, it's a tablet so no option to plug in other input devices. Looks like this was a common problem once, Windows help page link below suggests using hotfix but where do I obtain this and how would I install it when I can't boot the computer?https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/you-cannot-resume-a-tablet-computer-that-has-no-input-device-installed-after-

windows 7 tablet edition?

There is no "tablet" edition of windows 7 (all versions of windows 7 except possibly basic have the same functionality when it comes to tablets)- if it detects you have a tablet pc it changes a few settings (icon sizes) and installs a couple of extra applications which can be used with wacom/touchscreen style setups.

You can install windows 7 from USB with no problems, but I am not familiar enough with the steps required to do it.

 

Best windows 8 tablet?

I've apple ipod touch 4g, google nexus 4, hp envy 17 3d, so using all 3 OS - iOS, android, windows 7.

I dont have any tablet yet..thinking to buy windows 8 tablet..

i like hp envy x2 much..tablet cum notebook..

but microsoft surface and many other good tablets in market and i dont have idea..

suggest me best windows 8/?RT tablets..

Windows 7 stuck on resuming windows screen

So this night i was playing games on my laptop and watched some youtube then went to sleep but this morning when i was booting my pc it was stuck on the resuming windows screen after i tried several methods but didnt work i have a antivirus and i scan my
laptop daily and didnt detect any virus
