Windows 10: Older Windows 10 Version 1809

Hello,


I am trying to get my hands on an older version of Windows namely 1809. I have license and everything, issue is the current installed version has NetFramework 4.8 and I need to run an app that supports 4.7 only No way to go around this, no way for the vendor of the app to upgrade, etc.

The Windows version that is installed on the machine is a newer version that came with 4.8 so I cant roll back or uninstall the updates


Where can I download an older and not supported version of Windows, namely 1809 in ISO format?

Swapping to an older version of windows

Is there still an official way to drop back to an older version of windows, I honestly don't mind using a 3rd party way. If possible, can you list step by step instructions or a link to an easy to use website. Thanks.

ok i will try your suggestions and then let you know. one question , i have an older computer that came with windows 7 with a free upgrade to windows 10, will version 1809 work on my older computer?
