Windows 10: OLEAUT32.dll error

Hi everyone, i have a problem on my pc. Can you solve it?
It says that the OLEAUT32.dll doesn't exist. I'm on Win10.

2. Have you tried using Compatibility Mode?

Right click on the application's setup file > Select Properties

Click on Compatibility Tab

Check Run this Program in Compatibility Mode

Select Windows 7 from the dropdown menu

Select Run As Administrator

Click Apply, Ok

3. If the application is too old to run on Windows 10, set up a Virtual Machine to run the application.
