Windows 10: Omen PC is stuck on resetting.

I wanted to reset my PC, but it keeps showing the Omen welcome screen, then the Windows installation screen, and then it goes blank. The process of this keeps repeating over and over very quickly.I tried resetting it again and it leads to the same outcome.
