    I had an issue that popped up on my screen and said to call microsoft right away at this number 877-434-8106I talked with a Brian Brown, he did numerous scanns on my computer gave me a personal number of 551-258-4577... he had me downloac a site called Ultra Viewer. so he could see my computer .I need to know he is for real and not a scam. how can you prove this to me, as I am supposed to call him back today after a whole night scan...

    • Are you referring to Outlook Express or Microsoft Office Outlook?
    • What was the previous operating system installed?
    • How did you install Windows 10?
    • Was it an upgrade via Windows Update or through ISO download?

    Note that if you performed a clean installation using the ISO download, all programs will be lost. Please reply with the information asked so we can help you further.

    • Have you updated all the drivers?
    • Have you updated all the Windows Updates?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + X.
    • Click on Device manager.
    • Click on Imaging Devices.
    • Right click on Microsoft LifeCam Studio.
    • Under Driver Tab click on Update Driver.
    • And follow the instructions.
