    Hello,

On 14th of February, 2019 I had problems with my bluetooth and after trying everything possible I went to the ask for help app. A technician called Martin requested permission to access the computer ensuring me I can stop him at any time whatever. After doing a few tests and checking the bluetooth problem, he figured he needs to update windows to the latest version forcefully ... He saw I was low on space (20gb available), so without asking, he just went ahead and cleared 10 GB of my personal data [ Downloads Folder especially important ]. When I asked him hey you need to recover this why did you do this, he just quickly got out of the remote admin and disappeared like a retarded cnt.

I then went again on chat and complained about this sucker and received complaint ID 1461446874. Nobody ever contacted me since... MICROSOFT IS A PIECE OF

    :)
