Windows 10: On a brand new industrial PC can I update from Windows7 Enterprise to Windows10 Enterprise...

I just bought a new industrial PC with Windows 7 Enterprise installed. Can I update from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10 Enterprise for free? If I can upgrade at no cost how do I do this?

Windows7 Enterprise to Windows10 Home

I have a copy of Windows 7 Enterprise from when I was a student and would like to upgrade to Windows 10 Home. I know I don't qualify for the free upgrade, I'm a-ok with that, and I'm totally willing to pay for a license key. I have two questions.

1) Can I upgrade directly from Win7E to Win10H with a properly purchased license? I'd rather not perform a clean install if I don't have to.

2) Where can I purchase a license for Windows7 Home from the microsoft website? It seems that every link I try either suggests the free upgrade or just wants me to purchase a device with Windows pre-installed. It looks like I can purchase one from another
retailer, but I'd be surprised if there weren't a way to purchase a simple license key directly from Microsoft.

If you are running a volume license client: Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 8.1 Enterprise
(only retail store bought or preinstalled OEM licenses) get the upgrade offer.

PC Mover Windows 10 Enterprise Edition

Old PC has Windows 10 Enterprise.

New PC has Windows Home.

When I used PC mover it moved Enterprise over which caused conflicts.

Any suggestions?

Do I install Enterprise on my new PC?

Help?
