Windows 10: On a clean install of windows I am having a host of different errors populate in event viewer.

This is my 7-8th time with a fresh download that this is happening and I’m wondering if it’s malware based or what? I have also noticed drivers being duplicated and this has been ongoing for nearly two weeksI have gone so far as to flash my bios, clear cmos and try again and I’m at my wits end. Hardware:- ASUS tuff 570x plus wifi motherboard- 32 gigs ddr4 2- 8g silicon 2-8g gskill both at 3200- ryzen 7 5700g 8 coreUsing uefi with TMP on, but wondering if possibly maleware has worked it’s way somehow into the board too keys or something else as it seems IMMEDIATELY after I get to the h

Error in Event Viewer

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.



I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

1. Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select
   Event Viewer.
   
2. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select
   Applications.
   
3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside
   Error and click OK.
   
4. Now, look for a critical Error in the list and note down the message/information from the
   General Tab in the lower section.

Why is Event Viewer is no longer populating the dropdowns for Event Source and Event Logs on Windows 10 1803 clean install

I have recently formatted and installed the latest build of Windows 10 from iso 1803 17134.48. When I go to Event Viewer and either go to Create Custom View or Filter Current Log the dropdown boxes for Event logs and Event sources do not populate, they are empty. This looks like a bug with the latest build.

Does anyone know where this information is populated from?
