Windows 10: On a WiFi Network PC A can access PC B's Files and Folders, but PC B cannot access PC A's...

I have a Desktop, PC A, and a Laptop, PC B. Both are running Windows 10 version 1909 with latest updates. Both belong to the same Workgroup and both have File & Printer Sharing enabled.


PC A can see PC B and access its shared files and folders. PC B can see PC A, but cannot access its file and folders. When I run the trouble shooter it displays the following message:-


"file and print sharing resource Bis online but isn't responding to connection attempts"


I have a 3rd PC, a Laptop running Windows 7, lets call it PC C, it is also configured for file and printer sharing.

PC B and PC C can access each other's files and folders, but like PC B. PC C cannot access PC A's files and folders.


It seems that something is wrong with PC A's configuration. Neither PC B nor PC C can access its file and folders.


Can anyone give me any clues as to what it wrong?

Accessing other pc's on home network.

Update of problem after following the instructions from f14tomcat my main pc still cannot access any files, folders or HDD's on the second pc BUT the second pc can now access all files, folders and HDD's on my main pc.

1. Which build version of Windows are you using on all the PC’s?
   
2. Were you able to access the PC’s over the network previously?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the suggestions by
Roohi_Taj replied on January 8, 2019 and see if that helps.



In addition, make sure the permissions provided to the shared folder allows access to the folder, so that other PC can see and access the files. Refer the article

1. Are the entire PC’s running Windows 10 1809 build version?
   
2. Have you tried accessing the PC using IP address of the PC?
   
3. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?
   

I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by performing certain troubleshooting steps.
