Windows 10: On boot my computer requires my bit locker recovery key, I have no access to running...

The power went out, messed around with some of the insides of my computer and now it is requiring my bit locker recovery key on boot with no access whatsoever to any form of running command prompts, I have been trying to fix this myself and nothing I do seems to work

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

 

Bit Locker Recovery Key

My laptop was set up at work by an IT administrator who no loner works there.......the IT tech support cannot find the bit locker key. Most of the staff are no longer there......

I have no CD's nothing to recover my data. How do I get past this bit locker? Urgent help required!
