    Hi Team,I tried previewing a PDF in my DMS on Edge and Chrome, it is working fine for me on Chrome. But on Edge, a pop-up with a 400 error is shown. Please, share the steps to fix it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. I understand the inconvenience you faced.
    I will certainly help you with this.



    I suggest you to follow the below given steps to print the page.

    • Open the pdf file you want to print in Edge.
    • Press Ctrl + P key to open print option.
    • Select the Printer and desired page layout.
    • Click on Print and check if it works.
    To search any words in the Edge PDF viewer, press Ctrl + F and type the desired words in find box in left top corner of the browser and search.

    Good day! This is and I will be happy to assist you with this.

    I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Check this guide on how to remove Edge as your default pdf viewer. There is a step where you can configure Edge to not open PDF files via its settings. (Under Fix 2, changing Edge Permissions)

    If that does not work, you can also check the regedit steps provided by the same guide to accomplish what you need.
