Windows 10: on every restart/startup laptop flashes cscript.exe 2-3 times

hello. i recently bought a laptop and at first i did not had this issue but now i noticed that on every login after restart or startup a cscript.exe named file opens up for like 2 seconds max then closes and opens again and closes again. i tried opening it manually by going in system32 but it didnt open. i checked on the internet and nothing helped me so far. i checked the autoruns app but cscript.exe does not pop up there. both mcfree and malwarebytes softwares also did not show anything such as virus. i really need help as this was not happening before and now its hapening on every log in.

i was able to recond and capture the window that pops up everytime and i have attached the picture aswell.

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

EXE in Startup folder not running


I have the same problem with MS works calendar reminder, the .exe is listed in the startup folder but at the time specified for the reminder it doesn't show the reminder pop-up.
Tbh this was also a problem under Win 7 & 8/8.1 but rectified it by copying the alarm/calendar reminder .exe to the startup folder, this doesn't work with 10.
