    On fresh start My PC reads your device ran into a prob.


    On fresh start My PC reads your device ran into a prob. Then runs a diagnosis your PC then reads automatic repair restart or advanced options I clicked restart then it restarts then reads your device ran into a prob during restart preparing automatic repair then reads diagnosing your PC then does the same thing over and over,. What do I need to do,. Won't do anything but that. Any help would be appreciated,. Also takes about 15-20 min to run through all that..

    Windows Fresh Start

    What I mean by fresh start is, an option found in Windows Defender Security Center -> Device Performance & Health -> Fresh Star

    • Fresh Start: "Start fresh with a clean up to date installation of Windows. This will keep your personal files and some windows settings, and remove some of your apps."
    I proceeded to check the disk through the mentioned instructions but no error was found. Any idea what might be causing the issue?

    Windows 10 fresh start error

    My PC is running very slow. I’ve deleted apps and completed a disk clean but no joy.

    I ran “fresh start” but recieved the error “there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made”. I tried to use the tool provided to check what went wrong but it says my admin password is incorrect. I reset it and checked it and then tried fresh
    start again. Same problem.

    I’ve double checked. Password is fine logging in normally but wont let me log in after failed fresh start.

    Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
