On initial powerup I cannot connect to my seagate share center on 3 different PC's Windows...

I am running windows 10 pro version 2004 build 19041.685. The issue I am having is the following

When I boot any of my 3 PCs 2 are Surface Pro PC's the other I built from an off position, I cannot access my Seagate Share Center. I can ping the device, just cannot access content on the NAS device. Two of the 3 PC's are wireless, one is hardwired.

I can ping the device, so I tried changing the connection from DHCP to using the devices IP address with no success. I can connect to the admin portal using the IP address in the browser and log into the NAS but cannot use windows OS to connect the the NAS. I have the latest firmware on the NAS and cannot find any solution on the Seagate site.

Things I have tried - In no specific order

    1. Enabled Netbios on hardwired PC
    2. Pinged device while I cannot connect with success
    3. Connected to the NAS using the IP address in a browser and logged in as admin or my user
    4. Changed DHCP to the devices IP address
    5. Checked firmware version on the NAS drive
    6. Disabled AV program
    7. Checked firewall

    Short term solution I hope

To connect to the NAS, All I have to do is reboot any of the 3 PC's and I can get access to the NAS. As an fyi - I use this NAS as a media server and use Apple TV to connect and get content and have never had any issues what so ever.

I hope I gave enough information to jog someone's mind to help me resolve.

    Thanks in advance - Rick

    :)
