    On installed Windows 11, the Blue Screen of Death will not go away


    I am not tech-savvy but I manage to follow directions after decades of using computers; therefore, I installed a couple of months ago, fast and effortlessly, Windows 11 in my "approved" 2019 laptop. Everything was working fine until I got the first ever blue screen which also happens in Windows 10. The culprit: "ddflt.sys failure." Following reliable tech suggestions, I performed several possible fixes--too many to mention which included installing all Windows Updates, pending or suggested. The problem got worse so I performed the MS suggested System Restore the day of the updates. At that

    Blue screen of death error can be caused either by hardware failure or software compatibility. To help you resolve the blue screen of death issue, we would like to get more information:

    Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

    This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

    Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?
