Windows 10: On January 5th my computer slowed down abruptly. Details in the post below.

Ever since the morning of January 5th my computer has slowed down. I have done several things to try to fix the issue but none of them worked. I have triedownloading the latest drivers for my computer Acer Spin 314-51Scanning for malware on my computer with a complete scan with Windows Defender it turned out negativeGoing back to Windows 10 from Windows 11. When that did not work I restarted my computer using the "Restart your PC" function.I only have 2 applications as of now so that is not the problem with an i5 8th gen CPU and 8Gb of RAM I can manage.I do not know what to do; please

I actually posted something about this 3 months ago and have not gotten any help from it and was wondering if someone had an idea as to what I can do on it. The thread will linked below. Thank you for any help on the matter.

  What is the make and model of the computer?

  What makes you think that system is running slow? Is it when you are trying to run application?

  Did you install any third party security application?
  

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X from the desktop.
  
• 
  Select Control panel and Select System and Security.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot common computer problems under System and maintenance.
  
• 
  Now Run maintenance task under
  System and security.
