Hi,Our team have been trialling M365 Stream as our main recording software. As we work in a team we need all our recordings to be saved to a shared folder so that we're all able to access each others recordings.Currently, the default save location is our personal OneDrive folders, so we are having to remember to move the saved file to our shared OneDrive folder after the recording has been created. Is it possible to update the save location of the recording to the shared folder? This would remove the extra step for us, reducing the likelihood of this step being missed.Kind regards,Mark

Making HDD as default saving location instead of sdd for files

Default location to save documenets

Sorry for the delayed response.

From your recent description, it seems like the issue is confined to Word documents. If true, then follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Launch Word application.
• Go to File Menu and select Options.
• In the pop-up dialog box, towards the left pane, select Save.
• Under Default location file, browse the location you want to save.
• Check if the issue persists.
