Windows 10: On my computer I cannot print emails when I'm on the internet.

I had no problems with printing anything until 5/17 and now 5/20 emails do not print. I go into print the email has a print button and when I hit that button it disappears, there is no error message, so I'll try again later in the day or the next day but today nothing is printing from the past two days.

We suggest that you try printing emails using Internet Explorer while you're on Microsoft Edge. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open the email website using Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the More actions icon (three dots icon) at the top right corner.
• Select Open with Internet Explorer, sign in with your email account.
• When you're ready to print, press Ctrl + P or click the
  gear icon at the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer and select
  Print on the first menu, and select Print again on it's right menu.
• The Print window will come up. Change the printing information if needed. Click
  Print once you're done.

Let us know if Internet Explorer was able to print an email. We'll further search about this matter.

 

Unable to print outlook.com emails in Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge

  through a different Web Browser?
• Is the issue specific to Outlook.com Emails?
• Are you trying to print a Password Protected Email?
• Since when are you facing this issue?

To isolate the issue I suggest you to follow the steps below to check if you are able to print from Internet Explorer.

To open the webpage in Internet Explorer:

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the three dots on the right hand top corner and select Open with Internet Explorer.
