Windows 10: On my computer it says “Your password has expired and must be changed” but no matter what...

I am new to microsoft and after getting my Computer repaired this happened and idk what to do.

Cannot renew password expired

Here is link to blog, whre powershell script is listed to change (even expired) password to connect to RDP. Maybe it'll work for joining domain too:

Expired password, but never had any password??

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
