A few weeks ago my microsoft account got hacked, i received about 1700 emails from russia which i stopped with authenticator, somehow they scammed both my debit cards and purchased xbox assesssories, i've now got 2 new debit cards, also getting emails some with my details from all over the world , i have now blocked my outlook email, this all started after upgrading to windows 11, on my desktop pc after restarting i had a strange message when restarting on a black screen saying updating the pc rebooted and it bleeped then nothing just a black screen and no bios, i've updated the bios with the

Desktop PC boots to black screen after ASUS BIOS update

After searching around Google, I came upon a post where somebody experienced a similar issue and managed to fix it by simply doing the following:

1. Force the PC to shut down
   
2. Unplug the power cord from the PSU for 20-30 seconds; enough so that there's no dormant power left over
   
3. For good measure, if your motherboard/CPU has embedded graphics, temporarily connect your monitor to that instead of your GPU
   
4. Plug the power cord back in and then boot the system
   

Some notes:

• This is strictly for desktop PCs (not laptops). If you're on a laptop,
  you might need to disconnect both the power adapter and the battery
  to completely shut it down
  
• If your system was not bricked because of the BIOS update, you should see a
  message on the screen stating that the BIOS update is resuming, and
  that you should not cut the power to the PC
  
• If the BIOS update was successful, your PC will restart again to a
  vanilla POST screen (not the splash screen) and you will need to
  press F1 here and to set everything in the BIOS back to your own
  
  preferences again
  
• From what I can tell, the BIOS update did succeed after the
  
  flash in the BIOS, but the installation simply glitched out and
  failed to complete the remaining steps after restarting
  

Some things I should've done before I updated my BIOS:

• Saved a copy of my BIOS configurations to a .CMO file in a USB drive
  
• Reset my BIOS settings to default before the update
  

 

PC Desktop black screen upon booting

I am using an Aftershock PC:

• Skylake Desktop CPU: Intel Core i5-6500
  
• Graphics Card (Desktop): Nvidia GTX970
  
• RAM: Cosair DDR4 2 stripe of 8gb (I changed this around 4 months ago but I can't remember the exact MHz)
  
• Skylake Desktop Motherboard: ASRock H170M Pro4 (No SLi Support)
  
• SSD: 120GB OCZ ARC 100 SSD
  
• First Hard Drive: 1TB HDD 7200RPM
  
• OS: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
  

I was using my PC as normal when my Google Chrome popped up and said "Page is not responsive". So I clicked "Wait for the page to be responsive". It then immediately restarted the whole PC itself, but was unable to restart and was stuck with a black command screen.

I then forced restarted it. The Aftershock logo came up and it stuck there loading forever. I then tried to restart and reset the UEFI settings to default. Still the same. Lastly, I inserted the Windows disc and tried booting via it. It then booted and showed the Windows logo and it kept loading for a very long time. After finally loading, the screen turned black.

I forced restarted it and ever since, the power just turns on and it shows a black screen all the way. Not even the Windows/Aftershock logo pops up, it is just a black screen.

I also noted the keyboard and mouse were not responsive either, as there was no lightning (usually when I boot my PC up, the keyboard and mouse light up as well).

Also, there is no beeping sound when I switch it on now. Just the "Switch On" button lights up. The fans are still running.

My pc is stuck at Black screen with cursor

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out
