    On new office install, word reports smartApp "winclient.dll is unsigned" and that feature...


    Bought a new major vendor laptop with windows 11. Installed Office 365 Home and Student version. Ran word and got a popup that a SmartApp "Part of this app has been blocked". WinClnt.dll was blocked because it wasn't properly signed. Is microsoft shipping unsigned dlls that windows 11 won't allow to run? How do I install a signed version of WinClnt.dll? Is this related to the update that Dell had me install this morning via a special InstallShield upload the "Dell Client Management Services" when the Dell SupportAssist program couldn't update the service?
