    Tax receipt and EU VAT ID when selling software on Microsoft Store

    Hello,

    I'm selling a software in Microsoft Store. I'm based in EU.

    I have two tax-related questions.

    1) In
    App Developer Agreement     there is a clause (6. g.) that says:

    Microsoft will deduct such taxes from the amount owed and pay them to the appropriate taxing authority and, as required,
    will secure and deliver to you an official receipt for any such taxes withheld.

    I've never received any such receipt. Is it send by an email? Or should it be available somewhere in the Partner Center?

    2)
    VAT info     article in UPW documentation suggests that being EU-based, while I registering, I should have been asked for my EU VAT ID.

    I do not think I was.

    Now I'm concerned that ID will be missing somewhere and may cause troubles with tax authorities.

    Does anything have any experience with this?

    Not all fields are being synched :-/

    Hi there

    from my wm 6.5 device I entered a new contact in address book, besides usual fields such as company name, phone, address, city I also added VAT number, then I synched with outlook 2003, no problem VAT number was in outllook contact details, then I synched
    the phone to MYPHONE but VAT number was not listed in the new contact automatically added, no problem with other usual fileds.

    I guess this is a bug/limit of present myphone service ? Is there a workaround, I wouldn't need to loose data.
