Windows 10: On Romanian programmer keyboard altgr + s isn't working on windows 11

I use it for Romanian diacritis, altgr + s was meant to print ș. After the last Windows 11 update it suddenly stopped working. It's not the hardware, I checked by using multiple keyboards. It started to open snipping tools which is binded to winKey + shift + s and it was that way when altgr + s worked properly. I didn't made any changes on key mapping.Can anyone advice?

I just installed windows 11 on a laptop and i wanted to add a secondary keyboard, but i cannot the the Romanian programmer keyboard ( only the standard Romanian keyboard ).

Can't you find the Romanian (Programmers) keyboard layout on the list? Or is it not installed when you select it?

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
