Windows 10: On screen keyboard appears at login screen after installing xp pen graphic tablet drivers

after installing the drivers for the xp pen graphic tablet, each time you start your computer, an on-screen keyboard appears that can be turned off by clicking the button during login or the keyboard turns off by itself when the desktop is turned on. I have it turned off in every possible place in the setting, I even turned it off in services and still appears. There is no big problem with it but I would prefer to get rid of it. And one more question is this a virus, keylogger or just a Windows error?

After installing drivers for my graphics tablet (XP-Pen), the on-screen keyboard appears when logging in.

The on-screen keyboard don't want to disappear, whenever I press any button to close it. Even when the on-screen keyboard is disabled it is still there. Is it a key-logger from XP-Pen, a Windows bug, or something else?

The on-screen keyboard hides the SHUT DOWN button. So if I didn't have a pen or a mouse I wouldn't be able to power off my laptop without logging in to Windows.

 

Issue W/XP-PEN G430 Graphic Tablet and Windows Recognition

Hello,

I recently received an XP-PEN G430 Graphic Tablet, and connected it to my computer with Windows 10. While my computer recognizes that something is plugged in, and the tablet is able to control the arrow, I cannot go through the driver installation process
because the tablet isn't recognized as a tablet but instead as a mouse device.

I've checked My Devices/Device Manager/Devices and Printers, you name it, and the tablet is listed as TABLET but only in NAME. Otherwise, it's recognized as a mouse device.

If I can't get it recognized as a tablet device, I can't go through the installation process as it says that my tablet is not connected.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
