Windows 10: On startup I get "Preparing Windows" and when I get to my home screen, my background is...

I have to redo my Itunes and that is a pain, I remove all the clutter that has been loaded including One Drive, Edge, MS Talk, reconnect the NAS storage, Reset the backup.This happens each time I start the computer, so I either have to leave the computer running or resign myself to rebuilding the system. I can not find any core in the registry or anywhere elst that causes the problem.

Win 10 booting into "Preparing Windows"

"Preparing Windows" error may show due to a locked out profile. To solve this concern, you may refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Perform safe mode.

Step 2: Run Startup Repair.

• Go to the lock screen. Press and hold the Shift key and click on the power icon located on lower right corner of the screen.
• You will have to restart your computer. Click Restart Anyway, once prompted.
• Select Troubleshoot. Click on Advance Option, and select Startup Repair.
