    On startup mouse hangs onto whatever you click and won't drop it again


    For the last couple of weeks I am having an issue where when I turn my computer on, once the desktop screen is open as soon as I click an icon eg Google Chrome the icon gets picked up and it won't get dropped. After a couple of minutes it might drop it, but then as soon as you click on something else it does the same thing. When it is like this it is very difficult to even get to the option to restart the computer, but restarting it is the only way to get it back working. This is happening most days.I have made sure the mouse driver is up to date & Windows is up to date. Does anyone kno
