Windows 10: On the black screen of death with the infinite loading screen can't even load recovery...

in normal bootup i get the infinite loading screen with the HP logo and then black screen for 2 secs and loops. when i tried to hit F11 for recovery mode it says please wait for a minute and then a black screen with a cursor. When i clicked on ESC for start-up options it works and if i try to get recovery options thorugh that same things happens it says please wait and then black screen with cursor. Please help me out! im not even able to find relevant tuts on youtube.

one night i was playing GTA 5 and it just got stuck and nothing worked so i just held the on key until it shutdown and in the morning when i opened it, this happened.

[RESOLVED] Blue Loading Screen of Death

Followed instructions up to step 4. Back to the cyan loading screen of death, only zoomed up.

 

Infinite black loading screen (cursor loading symbol too) and cannot even reach the login part of booting

It still goes to the same black screen with the loading cursor and appears to be infinitely loading

Were you able to solve the problem? My PC started doing the very same thing since yesterday... Getting infinite loading with the colored screen and the spinning circles...
