Windows 10: On what site or app do you accept Microsoft friend requests?

I have tried my Xbox, Microsoft.com, and the Minecraft PC app. None of them allow me to play Minecraft crossplay because there is no visible option to send or accept friend requests that I can find. And "locked threads" with zero helpful information are all I find on this site.

From the home menu, select friend list on the left: you will see a message that says, Your receive a friend request! Tap on this message to display a list of the friend request you have received. Tap on the friend
request you wish to accept or reject.

How do I accept or send a friend request through the Facebook integration feature of windows phone 8?

To accept facebook requests you have to accept them using Facebook App or use IE via www.facebook.com

The phone does not support ability to accept friend requests through the Operating System alone.
