Windows 10: On win 11 cannot sync ultimate word games

Ultimate word games will start to sync but after 20% which took almost an hour to get to I get a message that it cannot sync I have a fast wifi with no problems except for ultimate word games. I have tried Uninstal and reinstall, restarted router, literally everything I could find on the net. No use I had no problems with win 10. I cannot go back to win 10 as this is a new computer which had 11 already installed.

Can't sync in ultimate word games

• Well, I tried all of this except recover. There was a problem in sync your settings under "theme". I fixed that and when I went into game it started to sync but stopped and restarted sync and resumed problem. The problem started at least 2 weeks after
  the last update so I don't think that's the problem. I shutdown many times between different steps. At the following link, a guy said "our team is working on it". Don know what he meant.

The problem started after i was playing the game and the computer lost power.

Don't know where to go from here. Very frustrating.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games doesn't sync

I've had this problem on three different machines, and I can't find a (workable) solution: Microsoft Ultimate Word Games doesn't sync with the cloud. I've found the following suggestions:

• Create a new Microsoft account and try it out (I'd rather not lose the activity I have on my current account);
• Reset the app (doesn't help);
• Run the Microsoft Store App troubleshooter (doesn't help);
• Run three different "dism" commands, then sfc (doesn't help); and
  
• Run "Set-Execution Policy Unrestricted," run "Get-AppXPackage... (doesn't help)

Has anyone found any other solutions for me to try?
