On Windows 10, I'm getting this error: mp4.exe - Sytem Error The code execution cannot proceed because proceed because CrshHandlerInitializer.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.I searched the drive for that filename but it wasn't found. I searched the registry and found one instance, which I deleted. The error is still happening. Any suggestions?

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

When did the error code appear? During POST? Was it a Windows bluescreen error?

 

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001
