Windows 10: Onboard Graphics Card Intel HD 4000 is causing computer to freeze and prevents use of Adobe...

So I'm not sure if this is going to be a Windows, Intel, or Adobe problem, or just all 3. Certain media based Adobe products such as After Effects, and Premiere, startup with an error stating that the onboard graphics driver is not up to date. I've seen this as an issue for others, but troubleshooting others methods have yet to resolve the problem.When I go to try and update the driver, automatically and manually verifying the version that is compatible with my i7, the computer freezes. Every time. I cannot update it. I have checked that Windows is up to date, but at this point I'm

Same in event id 430 as intel graphics-causes my pc to freeze.

3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8 from the drop down list.
