Windows 10: once Flipped over to use as a tablet ,my Acer spin 3 physical keyboard doesn't work even...

I have an Acer spin 3 wins 11 laptop after Iflippped once to use as a tablet. once I flipped back to using a regular laptop physical keyboard doesn't work only touch screen keyboard, can someone help, please?

How to keep the physical keyboard working when I flip the screen?

As stated in the question, how do I keep the physical keyboard working when I flip the screen? I've turned off touch screen, the keyboard, turned off tablet mode too, nothing seems to work. Did it though services, control panel, settings, basically everything
I tried were the answers to questions like these. I have an ASUS Q502LA, is there any way this is possible? I want to connect the laptop to a bigger monitor and use the keyboard on this.

On Screen Keyboard Stops Working When in Tablet Mode

Whenever I flip my laptop into tablet mode, if I spin it all the way to the point where the back of the screen touched the bottom of the laptop, the On Screen Keyboard will sometimes be disabled, even when I'm in tablet mode. I have to open it up a little
bit to make the On Screen Keyboard pop up again. I already have the option in the device settings to make the On Screen Keyboard to pop up whenever the physical keyboard is turned off.
