    One app doesn't connnect to Microsoft account, but several others do


    I’m running Windows 10 on a Dell laptop, but my problem has shown up on Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 11. I had to downgrade because my current machine won’t run Windows 11. Over the years, I’ve gone through a number of different laptops, either Dell or Lenovo, but my problem has followed me from machine to machine and OS to OS.My problem is that one particular app Microsoft Ultimate Word Games [MUWG] will not connect to my Microsoft account. Several other apps Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft Solitaire, Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Mahjong have no trouble connecting to my profile

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
