Windows 10: One app name won't show up in English

I have English as primary and Japanese as secondary language. Everything is set to show up in English such as app names and prompts, except for one thing.

The calculator app name shows up in Japanese. Everything else shows up in English.

Is there something special about the calculator? Does it have its own mind?

I've looked in the app settings but there's nothing that indicates I can change the displayed language.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Windows 10 shows the apps names different or odd

I have the compelet names and no smartphone is connected but they are system apps like maps or calendar and thanks for answering.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
