Windows 10: One deive folder problem

Discus and support One deive folder problem in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have a folder in one drive having some important videos.     One deive folder problem


    I have a folder in one drive having some important videos. Now out of a sudden I can not open it from my ios App and there is an icon displaying on it too. I cant even delete it. What’s that all of a sudden? I can access it from laptop but not my phone. I use ine drive just to access data from my phone. Kindly see attached image.

    Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

    Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

    • I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.


    • Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.
    That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

    Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.

    One deive folder problem

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
