One Drive corrupted some important files. Called and the automated number refused to put me through to a live person. Now ever time I call it responds saying I should use microsoft's website to fix my problems then hangs up. Is there a way to get a real person. I am about to sue for property damage because this is not the first time I have had this issue. Years ago I deleted one drive because it is as helpful as a virus and it reinstalled itself. After restoring my files is there a way to rid myself of this virus once and for all.

no import of mobile phone number

I use Nokia PC Suite 7.1.40.1 and tried to import a csv file into contacts. To my surprise, the mobile phone number is not imported! Even when I export a contact with a mobile phone number and try to import the same file again, the mobile phone number is
missing. The normal phone number is copied; both numbers have the same format.



Suggestions??

 

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

Importing photos

Is the phone not recognized or is it not importing the pictures automatically?

Is Nokia PC suite installed in your PC? Is that not recognizing the phone as well?

I would suggest you to open device manager and check if the device is listed in the device manager. Right click on the start button and click on Device manager. Check if the device is listed there . If it is listed, right click on the entry and click update
driver. If the device is not listed, check if the device is listed under other categories. I would also suggest you to click on the 'View' menu button and click on "show hidden devices' and check if you find any entries related to your phone. Try these steps
and let us know the results for further assistance.
