Windows 10: One drive deleted my entire computer

One drive took every file from my computer and moved it into the cloud then sent me Mutiple messages about being over my storage limit and I was no longer able to send and download emails or create new documents until I bought or cleared storage. I never chose to have my files stolen from my computer and put onto the cloud so I had absolutely no reason to think deleting one drive files would delete everything from my computer. There is not support line you can call and when you call customer service more that once it just starts hanging up on you. I can not restore all my files from one drive

How do I reformat entire computer?

Update:

• I probably should have taken better notes on what I've already tried
• I created the USB flash drive as directed in #26. That did indeed install W10
• I now am at the same point that I described in my post #6, with my drives still being dynamic rather than basic and the following exceptions from my post #6 (not sure)

- Now all of my data is on the C:\ drive rather than the various folders like "My Documents
- I apparently need to reinstall my display driver. The display is wonkey (circles are ovals) and I can’t seem to adjust using the settings menu.
- Other partitions that came installed with my HP notebook like System, Tools, and Recovery now have different drive settings

So I’ve come almost full circle except with a few steps backwards. I’ll try more carefully to follow Post #2 and #7 as suggested. Possibly I missed as step with those earlier. I’ll also check with my other software to see if there is a simpler way to revert my computer back to the way it was out of the box.

 

Delete second Windows installation entirely?

You booted from drive 0, not drive 1.

An alternative to BIOS change is during POST, launch boot menu (F12) and select Windows boot manager on drive 1, not drive 0. Then clean drive 0 with diskpart.

 

CD drive error

1) Close all open programs
2) Click on Start, Run, and type REGEDIT and press Enter
3) Click on the plus signs (+) next to the following folders

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
Class
{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
4) This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.

UpperFilters
LowerFilters
UpperFilters.bak
LowerFilters.bak
5) If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose Delete
6) After deleting the keys, close the Registry Editor
7) Reboot your computer
8) Open My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone.

And it likely has something to do with the emulated drive you have listed there.
