I have an issue with one drive / cloud storage. Error says I don't have enough storage, yet I am only using 10.2GB out of 2 TB. So what is the issue?

How do I format a 2 TB thumb drive?

My printer does not recognize my 2 TB thumb drive when I put it into my printer to create a pdf or jpeg from a scan. Any suggestions on what the formatting specs should be when I re-format the drive with Windows 10?

The Drive tools/Manager/Format specs in my Windows 10 are for:

Capacity showing as 1.90 TB

File System (3 choices are exFat (default), NTFS, and 512KB)

Allocation Unit size ( has many choices)

I usually check "Quick format" box.

  Did you make any changes in BIOS?
  
• 
  Are you getting any error message?
  

I suggest you to update Storage controller drivers and check if it helps.

Steps 1:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Select Device manager.
  
• 
  Expand Storage controller.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and Update the drivers.
  

Steps 2: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue
is with device. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
