Windows 10: One Drive help

Hi support, I need to get info on the best way to approach an issue Im having with hard drive space on my day job work computer. Over time as Ive used Onedirve it has literally whipped out any available space on my C drive which is only a 250GB drive. To the point Im constantly having to chase my tail trying to manage just enough drive space to get my work done. BUt its gotten to the point I dont know what to do any more to manage it. I do have a second D 1TB drive on this system and I wanted to find out if I can transfer all my Onedrive files from the C drive to the D drive. IF yes wha

Hard drive/ OS issue

Help with external hard drive

I would suggest you to plug in hard drive then check in disk management you can see the drive or not.

Follow the steps to check Drive in Disk Management.

• 
  Go to the Control Panel then click on the
  Administrative Tools. .
  
• 
  Under the Administrative Tool Click on Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Disk Management and check the External Hard Drive.
  

Also check in BIOS whether External Hard Drive is listed or not.

For help with the BIOS settings, refer to the computer manual or contact the manufacturer.

If it doesn’t work then, I would suggest you to update BIOS for updating BIOS contact Lenovo Support.
