Windows 10: one drive icon nor showing on notification list

the notification list does not contain the one drive cloud icon. neither is there an up-arrow. and the one drive account listed on the one drive personal folder is not updated with another computer which shows correct new folders. how do i approach this situation?

I suggest you to check if Notification setting for One Drive Is turned on. Follow the steps below.

• Click on Start button and Select Settings.
• Select System and Click on Notification and Actions.
• Click on Select which icon to appear on taskbar.
• Turn on the notification for One Drive.

Removing notification icon listings from uninstalled programs

Hey guys,

Would anyone know how to remove notification icon listings from the control panel for uninstalled programs?

I uninstalled iCloud for Windows but the service is still showing up in my notification icon list

• Press Windows key and type
  Settings.
• Click on Settings, System
  and on Notifications and actions.
• Click on Select which icons appears on the taskbar.
• Turn on Always show all icons in notification area.
