Windows 10: ONE DRIVE, IM BEGGING YOU NOW TO STAY AWAY FROM MY FILES!!!! JUST STOP! THAT'S IT!

Can somebody please tell me what I can do to keep one drive from messing with my files!???!!! I've uninstalled it in every possible way, communicated with Microsoft nymerous times,,,I have literally cried tears over the loss of very important pictures, and have spent hours trying to fix all the craziness that is One Drive.... at least for me , this is my life now! It works for others? Great! But I hate it, because once again, my user files are messed up. Filse from external hard drive are even affected and moved onto my pc again because I had it plugged in. How to stop File History on the old drive and start File History on a new drive?

I use the external drive
for File History and have a lot of information there. I want to restart the File History process on a new drive and place the previous File History drive off-site.

Please suggest the steps to stop File History on the old drive and start File History on a new drive.

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.
