Windows 10: One drive keeps syncing deleted file.

Hi so this is quite complicated. I have an old Microsoft account and have not had the computer for years. I only use my phone now and only use the Microsoft account forXbox. I have looked on my one drive on my phone and it’s empty apart from a folder of pictures. Every timeI delete the folder it reappears 20 mins later. I have no wish to keep the folder or pics and do not want them on the cloud. I have no access to pc so can’t do anything from that end. How can I stop this?

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete
  
• Click on "Clean up system files"
  
• Click on Ok

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

 

No One Drive sync

Equipment:

1. Microsoft 950 Windows Phone.
   
2. Microsoft Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Professional.
   
3. HP All-in-one Desktop running Windows 11 Professional.
   

Background:

I used One Drive to sync files between the Microsoft phone and the HP computer. I didn’t realize the Surface Pro was syncing to One Note until I transferred a folder (using a USB drive) to the Surface Pro and received a notice that that my One Drive was full. I deleted some files from both of my computers and One drive. The hurricane brought my work to an end and I don’t know what I did (step-by-step) prior to the shutdown.

Now:

Now I have no One Drive connection between the 3 Equipment items. How do I get back?
