    One Drive needs to update - but can't?


    Hello,I am running a Toshiba laptop with Windows 8.1. For about two weeks now, I have not been able to sync with One Drive. This applies to my App and my Desktop version. This first came to my attention when I noticed that the One Drive icon was not appearing in the Notification area.Upon further investigation, it appears I need to update Windows. I can confirm that my Windows 8.1 is absolutely up to date. When I open the One Drive app - it tells me to update windows. When I right click on the One Drive parent folder in File Explorer Navaigation pane and view sync issues - it tells me
